Marketing

1. Social media channel posting on WeCare4® channels. Preparing weekly and daily social media posts on current relevant topics
2. Podcast production and scheduling, including researching relevant topics to be discussed
3. Assist in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns for WeCare4® Job Board/Career Center outside Stockton University
4. Assist in the development of the marketing and advertising campaign for WeCare4® education, training, professional development, and certification program
5. Assist with the development of the marketing and advertising campaign for the WeCare4® Trusted Advisor™
6. Assist in the development of the marketing and advertising campaign for the WeCare4® CareVillage Hub™
7. Assist in the development of the marketing and advertising campaign to employers for the Employer Benefits Programs
8. Tracking competition both nonprofits and for-profits
   • For nonprofits: Preparing a spreadsheet of nonprofits to identify purpose, member categories, depth of resource material, audience, specialty etc. This will become the basis of a guide for our membership.
   • For for-profits: Same as above
9. Assist in preparing for WeCare4® events and events that WeCare4® may be attending

Sales (With Commission Opportunities)

1. Sell ads to employers for the Job Board/ Career Center)
2. Sell ads for the Marketplace using the enhanced taxonomy in the Marketplace.
3. Sell WeCare4® website and social channel sponsorships
4. Sell Employer Benefit Program
5. Sell memberships in WeCare4®

Product/Program Development Managers

1. CareVillage Hub™
2. Trusted Advisor Program™
3. Podcasts Program

WeCare4® Administration

1. Train and work as digital platform community manager
2. Help manage the Handshake program, including sorting and ranking applicants for posted positions
