The Nurse Manager will demonstrate leadership in the delivery, application and improvement of holistic care through collaborative strategies. The focus of the Nurse Managers performance encompasses a combination of clinical, educational, and administrative responsibilities. The Nurse Manager will countable for 24/7 operations of the unit, ensuring that nursing personnel provide timely nursing care which complies with accepted standards of clinical practice.
