The Licensed Practical Nurse provides safe and individualized nursing care to patients on services which includes the Community Living Center (CLC), Mental Health (MH), Ambulatory Care, Urgent Care (UC) and Specially clinic settings. He /She may need to be pulled to work a variety of units if there is a critical need. He/ She provides basic age-specific nursing care for adult and geriatric outpatients with physical, mental, behavioral, or psychosocial needs, according to training Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
