SummaryThe Senior Social Worker (CSP) is assigned to the Caregiver Support Program with the responsibility to work closely with the Caregiver Support Program Manager and/or designee to complete program required in-home visits - telephone contact - virtual visits - assessments - and on-going support for enrolled veterans and caregivers.
