The incumbent functions as the Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Coordinator and a Clinical Social Worker at the VA Loma Linda Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) in the Integrated Mental Health in Primary Care Program. In addition, the incumbent serves as a resource to other members of the PC-MHI inter­professional team and primary care providers within the Healthcare System.
