The HCHV/HUD-VASH Social Worker provides case management to Veterans housed with the VA Supportive Housing (VASH) Program, homeless Veterans, and Veterans whom are at imminent risk of becoming homeless within the assigned geographical area. The HCHV/HUD- VASH Social Worker is a professional Social Worker whose duties and responsibilities relate to the case management of the identified populations. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
