Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.What You Bring/Job Requirements:​In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Requires knowledge in nursing and person-centered care concepts* Previous patient care experience, preferred* High School Diploma or GED, required* LPN License to practice in Utah, required* BLS, required* Current state IV certification, preferred Your Connected Community:Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community.
