Regional team includes chaplain, social workers, triage coordinators, physicians, and advanced practice providers
Within the hospital program you will partner with a strong and experienced palliative care social worker
Collaborate with CAPC (Center for Advanced Palliative Care)
What you will need:
Board certified/eligible at time of employment
Completion of a palliative care fellowship
Palliative care certification
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
